Naturopath & Counsellor

ABOUT KATE

I understand what it's like to feel unwell. I spent many years of my own life suffering from debilitating migraines and period pain which in turn affected moods and my quality of life.

I struggled to eat any foods without suffering reactions that lead to bloating

and severe discomfort. Along with that I suffered with trauma, anxiety, confusion

and living a life full of fear.

After multiple years of treatment under conventional medicine with no relief and

symptoms worsening, I tried Natural Medicine in combination with Counselling.

With personal tailored health care and lifestyle changes I began to flourish

and I knew I had to dedicate my life to helping others to regain their health and

wellbeing.

I specialise in the area of Meridian Stress Assessment Systems and the use of

remedies to facilitate the body's natural ability to heal. I also implement

counselling techniques to help you understand how you can take charge of your

own health, address traumas, griefs and blockages that may be also affecting how

your body functions.

I will empower you with health and life tools to create the life you truly deserve.

I am married to my high school sweetheart of over 25 years and also the mother

of a beautiful daughter.
